~ There were those at the time who taught circumcision was necessary for salvation. How does this go against the gospel of Christ?

The Judaizers thought that what they DID (circumcison) made them believers rather than the free gift of grace given by Christ. What believers do is a RESULT of faith, not a PREQUISITE to faith.
ReplyDeleteGod values the attitude of our hearts above all else. What matters to Him is that we be completely changed from the INSIDE OUT, not the other way around.
